U.S. Embassy Skopje Appointment System

Dear American citizen:

The American Citizen Services Unit at the U.S. Embassy in Skopje has introduced an Appointment System for all services, including passports, birth registrations, notaries, and general inquiries.  As you know, if you need assistance with one of these services and cannot wait for the consular officer to travel to Pristina, you can always come to the consular section at the U.S. Embassy in Skopje.  However, as of October 6, 2008, you will need to schedule an appointment for these services since we will no longer be accepting walk-in appointments, except in emergency cases.  This change will allow us to provide better service to you.

Therefore, please make an appointment before you visit the Consular Section in Skopje.
