A list of English-speaking doctors practicing in Kosovo can be found below.  Inclusion on the list does not constitute a recommendation by the U.S. Embassy Pristina and the U.S. Embassy Pristina cannot assume responsibility for the professional ability and integrity of the doctors included.  The list is intended only to provide interested American citizens with a convenient reference in emergency situations.  The order of listing has no significance.

The doctors and establishments below establish their own fees, and generally will not settle fee claims directly with U.S. insurance companies.  Therefore, the American citizen patient will be expected to pay his bill at the time of treatment/consultation. The patient may thereafter present his paid bill to his U.S. insurance carrier, if any, for reimbursement.  Medicare does not reimburse its members for medical expenses incurred in Kosovo.
