US Envoy Frank Wisner Encourages Kosovo Citizens and Leaders to Build Their Future Together

[Pristina, USOP] - Ambassador Frank G. Wisner, the Special Representative of the Secretary of State to the Kosovo Status Talks, visited Kosovo April 14-16 and met with Kosovo government leaders, municipal leaders and representatives of different minority communities, encouraging all sides to engage constructively in the process. He also met yesterday with Kosovo Albanian war victims in the village of Krushe e Vogel and with Kosovo Serb returnees in the village of Belo Polje . Ambassador Wisner called on Kosovo leaders and all citizens to build a sense of security and reconciliation, in particular between Kosovo's Albanian and Serb communities.
